Here’s my unfiltered experience
What a gem! A beautifully renovated hotel with a 700-year history nestled in the Cotswolds. The attentive staff and delicious food made our stay remarkable. We were particularly impressed by the cooked-to-perfection breakfast and the warm atmosphere. The superior king room was spacious and brimming with character. Can't wait to return!

Couples Looking for a Unique Experience
We stayed in the Chapel room, where monks once prayed. It was amazing, lots of character and a comfort level that's hard to beat. The breakfast was a highlight, local products cooked to perfection, and the owners went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but given the experience it felt justified.

A stunning restoration of a medieval property, the garden courtyard offers a peaceful retreat, while the main building's historical charm is captivating. The comfortable Standard King Room provided a lovely view with daily visits from doves. Breakfast is a highlight, featuring freshly cooked options including delightful grilled dishes. Although the stay was wonderful, the plumbing quirks mentioned upon arrival did raise some concerns, and a few more activities for families would enhance the experience further.
